Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Square Up Charging Ltd who’s registered address is 21 Harrier Way, Farndon, Chester CH3 6RZ.
2. The prize draw is open to all new and existing users of the Square Up Charging application who are in acceptance of standard Terms & Conditions.
3. To enter, a user must have uploaded a photo of their bespoke QR Code label with both of the following hashtags #SquareUpCharging & #SQUPC once it has been applied to a suitable surface, near the charge point (such as an electric box cover, wheelie bin, downspout, or even on the charge point itself).
4. Each social platform counts as one entry and so multiple entries are possible.
For example, an upload to Instagram and Twitter will count as two entries.
5. The closing date for uploads to be eligible for the draw is 30/09/2022.
6. The winner, chosen at random, will be announced no later than 10/10/2022.
7. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the announcement date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. The winner will receive a brand new, Auto Glym Bodywork, Wheels & Interior set (worth over £60), delivered by post.  
9. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize.
10. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
